The METS technical team will provide an overview of the innovative statewide project that is leading to increase employment outcomes for students in transition.  Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the different tools and strategies that have been used in working with the METS projects.

Dr. Crane is a Senior Research Associate currently assigned to the Youth Transition Demonstration (YTD) Project. She has been involved in creating and expanding school-to-work systems for youth with disabilities for the past seven years. Her area of expertise includes research, outreach, and the design of activities to improve programs and services for youth with disabilities.
