In this session participants will explore ideas for using the IEP process as an effective transition planning tool rather than a possible roadblock. Presenters will share strategies to help move teams forward in their thinking beyond compliance and paperwork into preparation for success after high school. Participants will receive a variety of “take-away tools” from this session.
